  1. Download the latest version of TextPad (currently txpeng473.exe) from http://www.textpad.com/download/.
  2. Install TextPad into c:\Program Files\TextPad 4.
  3. Copy files and subdirectories from c:\Program Files\TextPad 4 to plugin\textpad\files.
